Lululemon Yoga Campaign


The More the Merrier!

The following post will be detailing a concept marketing idea for Lululemon. 
Disclaimer: “This is a student-concept for a Sheridan Pilon School of Business Digital Marketing Course”.
The idea is for Lululemon to organize large yoga and running events in unique places around the world. This event would be open to people with interest in fitness and a healthy living style of all ages. It would include a large open green space and room for activities. For example, this event could be held in Milton, Ontario at the Kelso Conservation area. The area is full of natural landscapes, lush green spaces and fresh air, all things Lululemon supports in their brand image.

From this event Lululemon would be looking for liking and sharing of their content. Throughout the event there would be various stations where participants would take a selfie and post it using the events hashtags in exchange for Lululemon branded items such as water bottles, headbands, yoga mats etc. This event would create product awareness as participants who complete the event would receive a $20 in store coupon for certain Lululemon products used in the event.

Overall I think this would be beneficial for Lululemon because their price points are very high attracting only those in the working class and often times missing the younger non-working audiences.  This event would allow participants to test try Lululemon products while participating in a fun group activity that gets them involved in the community.
